Meridiani furnishes One Thousand Museum apartment with Italian-made products

Hernan Arriaga uses Meridiani furniture to style One Thousand Museum apartment

Dezeen promotion: furniture by Italian brand Meridiani creates a plush interior for an apartment in the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum in Miami.

Meridiani's pieces furnish the living areas, bedrooms and the expansive balcony terrace of the 38th-floor home, enhancing its luxury feel and demonstrating the company's design ability.

Miami-based designer Hernan Arriaga styled the spaces using a variety of designs from Meridiani's Indoor and Open Air collections, pairing subtle shades of grey and teal with materials such as marble and polished bronze to complement the Biscayne Bay views.

The interior aligns with the design concept for the One Thousand Museum skyscraper, envisioned by the late Zaha Hadid as a composition of fluid lines.

"Meridiani reveals here all its ability to create welcoming and tailored solutions," said the brand. "The neat lines and warm textures of the Meridiani collections perfectly harmonise with the curved architectural shape of the building."

The open-plan living and dining space is the main show space of the apartment.

In the lounge area, the Harold sofa creates a spacious seating area, with surfaces provided by the Bongo and Ralf side tables, and the hexagonal Ludwig storage unit offering a focal element.

On the opposite side of the room, a Plinto dining table with a Calacatta Gold marble surface is positioned below a sculptural lighting fixture. Around it, the curved Kita chairs provide seating.
