Shingle-clad holiday cabins feature in today's Dezeen Weekly newsletter

The latest edition of our Dezeen Weekly newsletter includes a cluster of shingle-clad holiday cabins in China.

ZJJZ Atelier has completed a group of holiday cabins for the Tree Wow hotel in Jiangxi, China.

The pods are wrapped in wooden shingles and mirrored aluminium tiles in a bid to echo their scenic surroundings.

Readers adore them – one described the cabins as, "strange yet charming."
