Dezeen Showroom: with a distinctive folding backrest that can support reclined or upright sitting positions, the Fleur sofa by Australian brand King suits both relaxed and formal settings.
Created by King's in-house design team, Fleur is a one-piece sofa made with Australia's laidback lifestyle in mind.
Its backrest folds over to provide two seating options: reclined for low-profile lounging or straight-backed for head support and a deeper seat.
The arms are also adjustable, giving the sofa a look that suits both formal and informal moods.
"Visually light, Fleur features a modern aesthetic and distinctive silhouette that defies trends, creating a timeless design that's simple as it is stylish," said King head of design David Hardwick.
The Fleur sofa comes in a range of sizes, all built on King's signature engineered steel base, which has a 25-year warranty. Ottomans and a lounge chair with 180-degree swivel are also available.
The cushion covers come in a wide range of leather and fabric options, and are removable for easy cleaning or replacement.
